Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
Harris Technology Services Inc. (“HTS,” “we,” “us”) operates www.hts.pro. This policy explains what information our website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide through forms or direct communications, such as your name, business email, phone number, company, and message. Our servers necessarily process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, including IP address, request time, requested page, and browser or device information.
If you allow optional analytics, our service providers may collect identifiers, cookie data, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and device or browser information. The optional providers currently used are Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager and services configured through it, HubSpot, SalesIntel, and Arvow. Google reCAPTCHA may process technical and interaction information when it is used to protect a form from abuse.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, operate and secure the website, measure site performance when permitted, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use optional analytics until the visitor has made an affirmative choice through our privacy controls.
Cookies and privacy choices
Necessary first-party storage records your privacy choice for up to one year. Optional analytics technologies are disabled unless you select “Accept analytics” or enable analytics in Preferences. You can reject optional technologies or change your decision at any time using the “Privacy Choices” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent prevents future optional collection but does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal.
California privacy rights
HTS does not sell personal information for money. Some optional analytics disclosures may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. California visitors can use the persistent “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control, reject optional technologies, or save analytics as off in Preferences. Depending on applicable law, California residents may request access, correction, deletion, or information about categories of personal information collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared, and may exercise rights without discriminatory treatment.
European and UK privacy rights
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on consent for optional analytics and on legitimate interests or contractual necessity for essential site operation, security, and responding to requests. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Disclosures and international processing
We disclose information to employees, contractors, and service providers that need it to operate the website, respond to you, or provide services, and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. Providers may process information outside your state or country subject to their contractual and legal safeguards. We do not publish contact-form submissions.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Retention varies by record and provider. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Children and external links
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. External websites have their own privacy practices.

To ask a privacy question or exercise a privacy right, email sales@harristechnologyservices.com or write to Harris Technology Services Inc., 5 W Gay Street, West Chester, PA 19380. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised effective date on this page.
